RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS

RETURNS :
If for any reason this is not the case please let me know within 7 business days of receiving product. Please notify me through the contact section on my website that you wish to return your order. No exceptions! Items must be sent back in the same condition as received, (unworn) and in the original packaging please. Product needs to be mailed back to me within 7 days. I will not refund shipping costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
(This includes re-sizing of rings) cannot be refunded, please understand that they were made specially for you. This includes any alterations made to any jewelry piece.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING:
I use Shopify's address as the shipping address, so please double check that this is correct before placing your order. All orders shipped within the U.S will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within time specified upon checkout. Please note that I cannot send a duplicate package if delivery confirmation shows that the package was delivered to a confirmed address.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS:
If your package does not arrive within 21 days of being shipped I will file a claim with US Postal Service. This is the earliest I can file a claim under their regulations. It could take a few weeks for them to investigate. I ask that you cooperate with me so that I can be able to issue a refund.


ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
Packages shipping internationally will ship via USPS First Class Mail. Please keep in mind that international orders can take up to 8-weeks for arrival. Depending on your country custom's regulations ( I cannot be held responsible for these delays since they are out of my control.) Your parcel may be subject to duties and custom fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQs

JEWELRY CARE:
Specimen jewelry is more delicate and does require extra care. Please do not allow any type of jewelry cleaner to touch your stones as this can be harsh on them.

Please wear your jewelry with care, don't bang it on hard surfaces. By doing this you can break or fracture your raw specimens.

I highly recommend that you purchase a polishing cloth to clean and polish your pieces. The cloth removes tarnish from gold, copper, brass, and silver, and brings back that lustrous shine.

Keep your jewelry stored away when you're not wearing it. I would recommend storing them in a soft cloth pouch, this will protect its color and shine.

Remove all your jewelry before using harsh chemicals, applying makeup, applying perfume, etc.

Do not shower, swim, or sleep with your jewelry on as this may deteriorate your jewelry sooner. Try not to store your jewelry in the bathroom, humidity will speed up tarnishing.
